Love Japanese sake and enjoy sharing that passion with others?
We are looking for an outgoing, knowledgeable Sake Concierge to front our tasting station for an exciting three-day event.

What You’ll Do:
Share the Story: Educate guests on brewing styles, flavor profiles, and pairing ideas.
Host the Experience: Pour tastings with flair, guide guest palates, and create an inviting atmosphere.
Run the Station: Keep the bar organized, fresh, and fully stocked throughout service.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven passion for sake and Japanese beverage culture.
Outgoing personality with strong customer service and hospitality instincts.
Valid NSW RSA certification (essential).
Reliability, high energy, and eagerness to represent boutique producers.
