This program is by selection only, designed for candidates with potential to grow into long-term members of our community.

What we’re looking for:
- English: Intermediate or above (Trilingual highly preferred! Especially Mandarin and Vietnamese)
- Proactive and positive personality – someone who loves connecting with people
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset – if you want to be self-employed or develop your own business in the future, this is a perfect opportunity
- Visa requirement: must have at least six months of validity
