Japan City Macquarie is looking for an experienced Full time kitchen staff now.

Requirements are:
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Fast learning and moving skills
*1-2 years experience in any Japanese restaurant kitchen
*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Flexible Availability

Main duties will be:
*Food Preparation & Fish Handling
*Making Sushi, sashimi and rolls
*Assisting a chef
*Maintaining Cleanliness

Working hours will be mainly 8:30-15:30 (except for Thursday 16:30-21:30 ) 40 hours a week, including Sat & Sun.
Weekly Wage will be $1,357 + Superannuation(12.5%) + Annual Leave
