Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Macquarie SC, Top Ryde City SC and Westfield Hurstville.

The New Flag Store is opening in Westfield Sydney Tower in the coming up month.

The current chef in Hurstville will move up to the new flag store and we are looking for a new full Time Chef to look after Japan City Hurstville .

Requirements are:

*Minimum 2 years Experience in Japanese Restaurant as a chef

*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills

*Long Term Visa

*Responsibility & Reliability

*Good Teamwork and Respect to others

*Availability for a Full Time Position

Main duties will be:

*Food & Fish Preparation

*Making Sashimi & Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.

*Stock Check & Ordering

*Maintaining Cleanliness

*General Management of the Kitchen Section

Working hours will be

Mon : 7:30-15:30

Wednesday : 7:30-15:30

Thurs/Fri/Sat : 7:30-15:00 16:30-21:30

Sunday 7:30-15:30

Wage will be $110,000 ~ $124,000 per annum

+ Superannuation + Annual Leave + Performance Based Bonus
