Hi, we are looking for a clean & tidy girl who share our FULLY FURNISHED resort holiday apartment in the middle of Surfers Paradise with an excellent view.


You will be sharing the room with a Korean girl. She is a very kind girl with good manner who spends most of her time outside working, so will not at home much. Totally 4 people will be living including you.


We are very friendly students from Griffith Uni, so welcome internationals! Prefer non-somkers but you can smoke as we have huge balcony. This is not a party house, but we sometimes chill out, watch movie or have a bbq together.


We have a very good traffic. Only 30 sec walk to Northcliff tram sation, 5 min walk to Cavil avenue and 5 min to Pacific fair by tram.


You can also freely use all the facilities including swimming pool, tennis court, gym, bbq area, spa and sauna etc. They are all yours!


$150 for ALL BILLS INCLUDED (water, electricity and fasted unlimited internet).


Your move in date can be adjusted to your schedule (around 25th will be good). 2weeks bond!
