カンタベリー駅から便利な立地です！
・Woolworths、KFC、Aldi、銀行、ショッピングセンター、カフェまで徒歩圏内
・駅まで徒歩約9〜13分
・メトロ利用でセントラルまで約15分
現在、メトロ工事期間中ですが、駅へ接続する無料シャトルバスが頻繁に運行されています✨
メトロ開業後は、シドニーCBDへもさらに便利になります。

Hello! We are a friendly, multicultural language exchange family house looking for new family members to join our home.

Our house is more than just a place to live – it’s a warm community where we share meals, exchange languages, and support each other like family. Whether you’d like to practice English, Japanese, Mandarin, or other languages, this is a wonderful environment to connect, learn, and grow together.

💰 Rent & Bond:
$300 per week
2 weeks bond: $600

Canterbury – just a short walk to Woolworths, KFC, Aldi, banks, Shopping Mall and cafes
9–13 mins walk to station
15 mins by metro to Central
While the metro-train line is under construction which its opening in October, you’ll enjoy a free and frequent shuttle bus to
connect to Metro and Train. (A great bonus – totally free!)
Metro fare to Sydney CBD is very cheap as it is just 2 stop away, making it easy and
budget-friendly to get around.

👩‍👩‍👦 About us:
You’ll be living with a Taiwanese girls, a Japanese girl, one New Zealand mix Japanese male and a Hong Kong male – we’re all students and love a clean, tidy, and supportive home.

🧹 House Rules (shared responsibility):
Bathroom cleaning once a week (by rotation)
Kitchen cleaned daily (shared effort)

💼 Extra opportunity:
