This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with 5 residents in total. ( Now: 1 Jp, 1 Columbian, 2 Kr )
The room is furnished with a single bed, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Building & Flat Amenities:

• Cleaning supplies provided

Rent and Bond:
• $250 per week (all included)
• Bond: $500
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months

Move-in Date:
• April 24th (Around Noon)
