This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with 5-6 residents in total.
As of May 2nd, the flatmates will be 1 Japanese, 1 Colombian, and 2 Koreans.
The room is furnished with a queen bed, a desk set, and a bar fridge and etc, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

• Cleaning supplies provided

Rent and Bond:
• $530 (if 2 ppl / All bills included / Bond: $1,000)
• $440 (if 1 per / All bills included / Bond: $500)
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle / 2-week notice / Minimum stay of 12 weeks

Move-in Date:
• May 2nd (After Noon)
