This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, with 2 or 3 residents in total ( As of Apr 10th: 1 KR (male) )
The room is furnished with a double bed and a desk set, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond
[Mid to Long-term Stay, (4 Weeks or more)]:
• $520 per week (All Bills Included / In Total / Deposit & Bond : $1,000) <- if 2 people
• $430 per week (All Bills Included / In Total / Deposit & Bond : $500) <- if 1 person
[Short-term Stay, (less than 4 weeks)]:
• $80 per day (All Bills Included / In Total / Deposit & Bond : $1,000) <- if 2 people
• $65 per day (All Bills Included / In Total / Deposit & Bond : $500) <- if 1 person
• When to move in and How long to stay is to be discussed in advance

Move-in Date should be:
• April 12th, (from Noon)
