This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, with 2 or 3 residents in total ( As of Feb 14: 1 KR )
The room is furnished with a double bed and a desk set, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond:
• If 1 person
Rent : $430 per week
Bond: $860
• If 2 people
Rent : $260 per person, per week
Bond: $500 per person
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months

Move-in Date:
• February 14th
