Your key responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various virtual channels.

Advising clients on insurance products and recommending policies and coverages that suit their specific needs.

Managing personal accounts, which includes policy adjustments, new applications, renewal retention, cross-selling, and guiding clients through their claims process as required.

Partnering with insurance markets to remain informed about their guidelines and policies.

Commitment to continuous improvement is necessary. Participation in professional development is required. Building positive relationships with internal and external clients and actively engaging in industry events.

Qualifications - The ideal candidate would have the following: ·

Experience in the industry or strong customer service background.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on detail and problem-solving.

Superior organizational abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Proficient in English.

Salary is negotiable based on experience ($Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an employer-matched pension plan.
