We’re hiring for an Assistant Payroll Analyst role! It’s a fully remote, work-from-home position with no experience required, offering pay between $27 and $30 per hour.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Assistant Analyst based in the Brisbane or Gold Coast area. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home 2–3 days per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Data entry for new hires and payroll records
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Assist with Ad Comp data entry, tracking, and review
• Support ServiceNow requests including pay corrections, stop payments, and recoveries
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll processing
• Respond to employee payroll enquiries
• Assist with copying, batching, and electronic submission of payroll transactions
• Perform additional administrative duties or special projects as required

Requirements
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive information
• Genuine interest in payroll and administrative operations
