The summer blueberry season is coming soon in this region.
From mid-December to mid-January, it will be the peak season, with very high fruit volume.
We welcome backpackers with no experience or those who want to try farm work for the first time.

After the blueberry season finishes, we will help arrange other farm jobs for you,
so you can stay in the same region and collect enough payslips to apply for your second-year visa.

We are currently recruiting multiple Blueberry and Raspberry pickers.

There are many farm jobs in this area, but the team atmosphere and company culture can be very different.
It is common to hear people say,
“I don’t know who my supervisor is,”
or “No one helps me when I have a problem.”
Some teams have a very high turnover because the leaders cannot take care of everyone,
so many workers quit after a short time.

However, in our team,
even workers who have already collected all the payslips required for their second-year visa
often choose to stay longer because they enjoy the environment and work atmosphere here.

Currently, pickers who joined in August–September have completed or are about to complete their visa days and will soon leave.
Therefore, this recruitment is to fill those vacancies.
I only accept new members whom I can personally support and take care of,
and I do not take more people than I can manage.

🔵 Blueberries (Blueberry)

• Hourly rate: 30.35
• Piece rate: 2.8–5 per kg (current average around 3–4.5/kg)
• Work days: 4–7 days per week (you can freely adjust days off)
• Working hours: 4–9 hours per day (no work on rainy days)
• Pay day: Every Friday (payslip sent on the same day)

We also have hourly-wage farms in our team.
However, your picking speed must be close to the team average.
If you do not meet the standard and are not hired—or if you get let go—we can still help arrange other hourly-wage or piece-rate farm jobs for you.

Clean and comfortable (photos available)
