Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Macquarie SC, Top Ryde City SC and Westfield Hurstville.

The New Flag Store is opening in Westfield Sydney Tower soon
.
The current chef in Hurstville will move up to the new flag store and we are looking for a new full Time Chef to look after Japan City Hurstville .

Requirements are:
*Minimum 2 years Experience in Japanese Restaurant as a chef
*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
*Long Term Visa
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Availability for a Full Time Position including weekends.

Main duties will be:
*Food & Fish Preparation
*Making Sashimi & Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.
*Stock Check & Ordering
*Maintaining Cleanliness
*General Management of the Kitchen Section

Working hours will be 5 days with around 50 hours a week.

Wage will be $33~$34 weekdays rate Plus Weekends & Public Holiday Penalty + Superannuation + Annual Leaves + Performance Bonus
