A townhouse in Ultimo has a room available for up to 3 people. The house is located very closed to Powerhouse museum. 3 mins walk to bus stop on Harris Street. 5 mins walk to paddy's market light rail station, China Town, Market City, Paddy's Market, UTS. 10 mins walk to Central station, World Square, Central Park, Darling Harbour, Broadway, Thai Town, Korean Town, Town Hall. There are now 2 people living in the house. One Thai lady international student and another housemate Aussie guy also a uni student.

We are a friendly, open minded and easy going people. Like to have a chit chat a bit after classes or work in the evening. We respect each other and always keep the sharing area clean and tidy.

The bedroom comes with its own balcony and shelf (wardrobe). Mattress and coffee table will be provided. Kitchen, laundry, courtyard, and bathroom will be sharing.

Minimum stay for 3 months and 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond will be required when you first move in.
Smoking is not allowed in the house area.
Rent will be:
$380 per week for 1 peoson
$400 per week for 2 people (Couple is welcomed)
$450 per week for 3 people
Rent is included with electricity+gas bills, unlimited internet wifi.
