– Facilities: Gym, Swimming Pool, BBQ, etc
– On the house: Cleaning-related products (e.g., multipurpose cleaning chemicals, dishwashing sponges, etc), basic furniture, electronics, kitchenware
– Nationality of the house (As of your move-in) : 3 Koreans
– Wanted date: Next week (between 27 July and 2nd August)


– Rent: $1,000 every 4 weeks (= $250/week)
– Deposit/Bond: $500 (If you'd like, you can pay this on your move-in day, after you finish unpacking)
