The room is furnished with a single bed, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond:
• $250 per week (all included)
• Bond: $500
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months

Move-in Date:
• January 18th ($250 per week)
• January 27th, Noon ($255 per week)
