This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom girls-only share house, with 4 residents in total ( Nationality as of July 14th : 3 KR )
The room is furnished with a single bed, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond:
• $250 per week (all included)
• Bond: $500
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months
