Our spare bedroom will be available for rent by the end of March 2026. Up-to-date pictures will be available soon.
For over 10 years, my wife and I have hosted many Japanese girls at our Sydney home. We have now moved to Queensland and would like to continue doing so in our new home.
We are English-speaking owners (husband and wife), seeking a respectful and considerate lady (any age) with good hygiene standards to occupy our spare bedroom and share our humble home.
You will find us friendly, welcoming, hospitable, accommodating, and good company. :)

Our home is:
* Very clean - no dust, no smells, no cockroaches
* Comfortable and cosy
* Safe and secure

Fantastic location for students or hospital staff.
Our home is only a 12 minute walk to the hospital and/or the bus terminal (Bus routes 705, 715 and 720).
Buses are only a short trip to the UniSC (University), Stockland Shopping Centre or the beaches.
We are a 10 minute drive from the airport.

You will have:
* Double bed with quality mattress
* A desk, chair and make-up mirror
* Built-in wardrobe and large chest of drawers
* Your own heater and fan
* Use of your own shower
* Access to full kitchen facilities - including stove, cookware, cutlery etc
* Share lounge room (air conditioned) with big screen TV and surround sound
* Free access to Netflix
* Internal laundry

Your room is fully furnished. Just bring personal items.

We supply:
* Bed linen, quilt, blankets, pillows
* 2 large bath towels
* Free laundry detergent
* Free toilet paper
* Your own key

This is a clean and safe home in a pleasant, quiet, friendly and stress-free environment.
Come home after work or school and take a dip in the pool or just relax on the deck.
