You do not need anything to bring in.
Close to Merrylands train/bus station, and a shopping centre, just across the road!
All furniture and alliances are only used for 2 years by female owners, are all in very clean and good conditions- as well as the apartment is brand new, built in 2024.
Everything is very clean and nice, suit for one professional or a couple/friends who likes clean environment but looking for a fully furnished rental property. Pet is considerable but strictly NO SMOKERS!

I am really clean and tidy person, so I want a tenant the same as me in that way I can maintain my apartment and alliances in a good condition.
