Salon Admin Assistant Wanted

We are looking for Admin Assistance with a bright personality, who loves customer service, to join our team!

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel – office work experience preferred)

Able to organize social media Markeitng

General office and admin tasks

Cash Handling

Good staff communication skills

Good customer service and telephone manners

Team player

Responsible, with a positive working attitude

English: Conversational level

Japanese: Preferred, but not required

Job Details:

2 half days (min 3 hours) a week in weekday (Tuesday and Wednesday Friday either 10am–1pm or 1:30pm)
