Our main dishes are Seafood Dondury, Bento, Udon & Salad etc.

The New Flag Store is opening in Westfield Hurstville in November.

Japan City is looking for a Full Time Chef for a new store in Westfield Hurstville.
New chef will be trained in Chatswood before opening.

Requirements are:

*Minimum 2 years Experience in Japanese Restaurant as a chef
*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
*Long Term Visa
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Availability for a Full Time Position

Main duties will be:
*Food & Fish Preparation
*Making Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.
*Stock Check & Ordering
*Maintaining Cleanliness
*General Management of the Kitchen Section

Working hours will be

Mon : 7:30-15:30
Tuesday : 7:30-15:30 ( optional )
Thurs/Fri/Sat : 7:30-15:00 16:30-21:30
Sunday 7:30-15:30


Wage will be $110,500 ~ $122,000 annually, detailed down to
Base Hourly Rate $30 on Weekdays, $37.50 on Saturdays, $45 on Sundays, $60 on Public Holidays
+ Superannuation (12%) + Annual Leave + Performance Based Bonus
