Our main dishes are Seafood Dondury, Sashimi, Bento, Udon & Salad etc.

Full Time Chef Position is available in Westfield Hurstville.


Requirements are:

*Minimum 2 years Experience in Japanese Restaurant as a chef

*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills

*Long Term Visa

*Responsibility & Reliability

*Good Teamwork and Respect to others

*Availability for a Full Time Position


Main duties will be:

*Food & Fish Preparation

*Making Sashimi & Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.

*Stock Check & Ordering

*Maintaining Cleanliness

*General Management of the Kitchen Section


Working hours will be

Mon : 7:30-15:30

Tuesday : 7:30-15:30

Thurs/Fri/Sat : 7:30-15:00 16:30-21:30

Sunday 7:30-15:30

Wage will be $110,000 per year + Superannuation (12%) + Annual Leave + Performance Based Bonus
