ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for supporting and building relationships with clients. As you will be in regular contact with clients (both external and internal) strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required. You will be an expert for your region/state , providing valuable insights to clients that build their knowledge of benchmarking and the value derived from solutions.

Being highly organized and having attention to detail is essential in supporting the regional team to facilitate varied engagement activities with existing and prospective accommodation and industry clients. To be successful you will need to be confident in dealing with numbers and have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of hotel performance statistics is essential. Prior experience in one or more of managing accounts, sales lead generation and hospitality industry experience is an advantage.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate and renew client contracts

Presentations to on-board and educate existing and new clients about products

Development of and implementation of strategic account management plans

Generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotels and industry partners

This role can be located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide working within one of our local offices. Travel across Australia and the Pacific is required


QUALIFICATIONS

Current and valid identity card.

Be friendly and engaging! A positive attitude and a will to succeed!

No experience required. Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.

Ability to complete all required trainings/certifications required to perform any of the required functions.



Salary: Average $34/hour ($28/hr base + up to $5/hr sales bonus)
