Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Westfield Hurstville, Macquarie SC and Top Ryde City SC.
Japan City is looking for a Full Time Chef in Westfield Hurstville.
Requirements are:
*Minimum 2 years Experience in Japanese Restaurant as a chef
*Good Knife Skills & Fish Handling Skills
*Long Term Visa
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Availability for a Full Time Position
Main duties will be:
*Food & Fish Preparation
*Making Sashimi and Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.
*Stock Check & Ordering
*Maintaining Cleanliness
*General Management of the Kitchen Section
Working hours will be
Mon : 7:30-15:30
Tuesday : 7:30-15:30
Thurs/Fri/Sat : 7:30-15:00 16:30-21:30
Sunday 7:30-15:30
Wage will be $2,100 ~ $2,388 weekly + Superannuation + Annual Leave.
