About the role:

Autore Pearls is a pearl farming and wholesale business looking for an organised, detail-focused admin assistant to support our inventory management and product listings. You’ll keep our stock records accurate, photograph product for sales and online channels, and help the team keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock records, including receiving, labelling, counting and updating inventory levels in our systems
Photograph pearls and finished jewellery to a consistent standard for wholesale catalogues, Shopify and social media
Edit, name and organise product images and keep the photo library tidy and easy to search
Create and update product listings with descriptions, grading details, pricing and SKUs
Conduct regular stock takes and flag discrepancies, low stock or damaged items
Prepare stock for dispatch and assist with packing and order checks when needed
Support general admin tasks such as data entry, filing and reporting

About you:

Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach (you’ll be handling high-value product)
Experience with inventory or stock management, ideally in retail, wholesale or e-commerce
A good eye for photography; experience with product photography and basic editing (e.g. Lightroom, Canva or similar) is a big plus
Good Excel profficiency and High computer skills; Shopify experience is an advantage
Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload
Interest in jewellery, luxury goods or natural products is welcome

Details:

Location: Sydney NSW 2000 (on-site)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 + super (with room to grow)
