最寄り駅（Edgecliff駅）が家のすぐ向かいにあり、電車でCBD（Town Hall）まで約5分です。
また、家の向かいにはスーパーが2軒あり、周辺にはカフェもたくさんあります。
I am looking for someone to stay during the 44-day period from 12 December 2025 to 25 January 2026 while my flatmate is away.
The home is very clean, has a piano, a nice view, and also a pool and sauna.
The nearest station (Edgecliff) is directly across the road, and it's about 5 minutes by train to the CBD (Town Hall).
Across the road there are also two supermarkets, and there are many cafes in the area.
