Woolloomooloo’s Finger Wharf にて、Urara modern Japanese restaurant 11月下旬にオープンします!!!

Uraraでは、フルタイム、カジュアル、アシスタントマネージャー、ソムリエ、バーテンダー、ホールスタッフを募集しています。 140席ほどのお店です。

レストランは2階建てになっており、1階は炉端グリル、アラカルトを主体にしたメインダイニングセクション、バーセクション、2階は創作コースメニューを提供するVIPルームと10席の寿司お任せルームになっております。
5スターOvolo hotelの敷地内、ウォーターフロントの華やかな場所に位置します。

Urara is a new modern Japanese restaurant with a big cellar coming to Woolloomooloo’s Finger Wharf

Service is centre stage at Urara with a focus on personalized service and a nod to the intricacies of Japanese dining. Combine this with waterfront dining and you have a special venue indeed.

This is a critical role for Urara- our restaurant’s point of difference is service focused and with 140 seats it’s no small part of the operation.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer focus and be highly visible throughout service. They will have the ability to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals within the outlet.


The Role:

We are looking for a serious hospitality professionals who will be responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant. Working closely with our kitchen team and and higher management, you will be effectively and efficiently delivering exceptional customer experiences, whilst creating a positive and caring team culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the restaurant
Manage a team by training and motivating them to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
Lead, manage and monitor your team on a day to day basis and promote a culture of hospitality
Manage customer complaints
Back of house operations including financials, staff rostering, workplace and food safety compliance
Daily procedures for opening & closing the restaurant are adhered to
Continually maintain high production, productivity and customer-service standards
Following & ensuring company policies & procedures are implemented
Handling guest feedback

Experience and Skills:

At least 2 + years' supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, profit & loss and working in line with company objectives and KPI's
The ability to work a rotating 7- day roster
Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
Exceptional communication skills with employees, customers and clients.
Ability to drive a service excellence with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of operations within a restaurant environment
Qualification in hospitality would be an advantage for this role
Customer focused and be passionate in creating exceptional customer experiences
Strong desire to train, motivate and lead a team with a hands-on approach
Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Experience with front of house operations and systems
A professional understanding of hospitality finances
