We are a well-established Japanese restaurant located in Double bay known for our commitment to authentic flavors and high-quality service. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef/ larder/ Fryer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present sushi and sashimi to the highest standards
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
• Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a sushi chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong knife skills and deep understanding of sushi rice and fish handling
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Valid working rights in Australia
