Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Macquarie SC and Top Ryde City SC, Hurstville.
Japan City is looking for Part Time Kitchen Staff in Westfield Chatswood.
The ideal candidate will support chef in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, making simple hot food..

Requirements are:

*Any Experience in Japanese Restaurant preferred but not essential
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Team player with strong communication skills
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Willingness to work flexible hours

Main duties will be:

*Food Preparation
*Making Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.
*Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
*Assist chef for a smooth kitchen operation

Working hours will be 5-7 hours per shift and 5-6 shifts per week.
Applicants must be available both weekends.

Wage will be $26 ~ $28 ( weekdays base rate ) per hour + Weekend penalty + Superannuation (12%) + Annual Leave
Detailed wage will be decided on interview depending on visa, skills and availability.
