For rent second room share (Girls🧍🏻‍♀️only) for $300 per week in a really clean and quiet all girls apartment (no overcrowded)

Requirements:
-Minimum stay 3 months
-2 weeks notice of moving out
-If we found :
a. broken things in the room and public space
b. if you move out before 3 months
c. Using someone's consumable's thing before let someone else's and we already give the warning
the rest of the week will be deducted from bond money.
-Share room with another 🧍🏻‍♀️girl
-There is no cleaning roster, but owner will be away soon so it will be cleaning roster in the future (It will be explained)
-Need someone who do light cooking
-No guests in the house❌

About you:
-You will get own key🔑
-All bills included except toilet paper and laundry detergent (even rice.....🍚I can give you)
-Bond money 2 weeks + 2 weeks rent in the beginning

About us:
- 2 korean and 2 indonesian girls living together👭🏻
-Most of us working full time..... and 1 studying
-We like cooking and gym💁🏻‍♀️ sometimes sharing food among us😂

About Apartment:
- 1 min walking to UTS
- 5-7min walking to Usyd and Broadway shopping centre
- 5-10min walk to Central Station (Railway sq)
-Strong Security 24/7 at reception
-Gym and Pool included
