I'm Johnathan, I'm from Belgium, I'm 23 years and I'm looking for a new roomate whit whom I could share my current bedroom, from FEBRUARY 8. It's a sharing room with two beds, one desk, one window, one chair and one wardrobe.

This accomodation has a washing machine, a small garden (shared with an other accomodation), a BBQ, a television and free unlimited WI-FI. We have all we need to cook in the kitchen, and the dish soap, toilet papers, etc... are provided. For the rest, the residence is a bit old, but really well located (5 min from Darling Harbour and the City in walking, 10 min from Central Station). We are 8 residents (France, Czech Republic, Macedonia) and this place is pretty quiet.

 

The rent is 150$/week and the bond is 300$. You have to pay the rent every two weeks. 

 

I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going person. I think it's a good opportunity to improve your English in an international environment. Nobody can't speak Japanese here, so if you want to practise your English, it's probably the right place:
