Accommodation Available Now

We have a 1 x lovely furnished room available in our home. (5 mins. from CAMPSIE station and shops)

The room is furnished with a double bed and it has built in wardrobe. Desk, chair or other items can be provided if you need ( students for example).

Flatmates and guests share a private bathroom with SPA, separate shower and a 2nd bathroom.

The house has 2 other rooms, 1 x main for us and 1 x single, that we rent out to one girl, a student that has been with us now for over 1 year.

The house is modern, furnished, always clean and tidy. It also has 2 x private outdoor areas.

We also have broadband wireless internet, that is included in the cost.

We are very close to the city and a 5 min walk to our local shops.

RENTAL:

$185 per week (incl. all bills), and 4 weeks deposit, Girls preferable but Boys can inspect and be approved under some conditions .
