Hello,

This is Hero Sushi.

Hero Sushi is a brand specializing in sushi takeaway and restaurants, operating around 50 stores nationwide across Australia, most of which are directly managed by our head office. As we continue to expand, we are currently recruiting for a Manager position.

Location: Tweed City Branch
Shop K02, Tweed City Shopping Centre,
54 Minjungbal Drive, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486
(The address is in NSW but close to the Gold Coast area.)

Position:
Manager (Full-time, flexible working hours, approximately 45 hours per week)
Long-term commitment preferred, with capability to manage store operations and lead the team

Salary:
- Training period (probation of 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability)
- After training: $32.00/hour
- Adult hourly rate, before tax + 12% superannuation + annual leave + sick leave
- Weekend pay: x1.25–1.5, Public holidays: x2.25, Overtime: x1.5 to x2

Responsibilities:
- Store operation and management
- Team management and staff training
- Sushi and menu quality control
- Sales management and reporting

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid TFN
- Must hold a visa that allows full-time work
- Flexible with working hours
- Be in good health
- Able to communicate in English
