We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Payroll Analyst. This is primarily a work-from-home opportunity, and no prior experience is required. The pay rate is $27–$30 per hour.
Payroll Assistant Analyst
We are looking for candidates based in the Brisbane or Gold Coast area. This role offers flexibility to work from home 2–3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing
Entering new hire skills for central officers and faculty
Reviewing school-processed transactions for approvals, supporting documentation, accuracy, and completeness (academic officers, administrative officers, biweekly support staff, and weekly staff)
Assisting with data entry, tracking, and review of additional compensation
Supporting ServiceNow requests for stop payments, pay corrections, and recoveries
Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll processing
Responding to payroll-related employee queries
Supporting payroll transaction submissions and documentation
Performing additional administrative duties or special projects as required
Requirements
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Genuine interest in payroll processes and supporting a busy office environment
