Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sydney CBD – mins walk to everything.

Buses, Trains, Cafes, shops, movies, theatre, World Square, QVB, Chinatown, Pitt St Mall
Shopping is very convenient with Woolworths, Coles, and Asian Supermarket nearby.

The bathroom, laundry and kitchen will all be shared with only one other person (Australian female).

Australian female will have one bedroom and you will a space/room in the other room with partition. The space has a single mattress, lounge, table chair, hanging space, large TV and TV stand.

The room has a balcony with great hi-rise views of Sydney CBD!

The apartment is mostly fully furnished. You only need to bring a few extra items with you if needed.

Great resort-style facilities including an indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, ping pong table and 24-hour security building.

If you wish, you'll have a chance to practice your English! The Australian female is very friendly.

Rent: $345 per week

Minimum: 3 months+ (long term is given priority, negotiable)

Security deposit: 4weeks

Own Key: You will get your own key to come and go as you please!
