Room available in a relaxed, friendly home at Freshwater Beach (near Manly).

We are looking for a person to share our house with 2 others. Furnished room available for $280/week.

The current resident of the room is moving out on 22 April 2026, but we have a spare room you could stay in temporarily if you want to move in before then.

We have a cleaner come to clean the house once every two weeks.

You will have a furnished room with bed, shelves and built-in wardrobe. Wireless internet is available in your room. Share washing machine.

Students studying English or on holiday or working holiday visa are welcome.

Excellent location - 2 minutes to shops, close to bus stop, bus to Manly 15 minutes, Warringah Mall 15 minutes, Sydney City approx 40 minutes. Freshwater Beach is 10 minutes walk.

The household is vegan and so we would prefer that you not use animal products in the kitchen.
