Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia with Restaurant & Homeware under the same roof, currently located in Westfield Chatswood, Macquarie SC and Top Ryde City SC, Hurstville.
Japan City is looking for Full Time / Part Time Kitchen Staff in Westfield Hurstville.
The ideal candidate will support chef in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements are:

*Any Experience in Japanese Restaurant preferred but not essential
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Team player with strong communication skills
*Responsibility & Reliability
*Good Teamwork and Respect to others
*Willingness to work flexible hours

Main duties will be:

*Food Preparation
*Making Hot Food / donburi, udon, tempura, bento boxes, salad etc.
*Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
*Assist chef for a smooth kitchen operation

Available working hours will be
8:30-15:30 for lunch 7 days, 16:30-21:30 for dinner on Thur / Fri / Sat.
Preferred working hours can be discussed in details on interviews.

Wage will be $26 ~ $28 ( weekdays base rate ) per hour + Weekend penalty + Superannuation (12%) + Annual Leave
Detailed wage will be decided on interview depending on visa, skills and availability.
