ファッションストアやレストランも充実した大型の商業施設（Westfield Eastgardens Shopping Centre)までバスで3分と近場にも休日を過ごせるモールがあります。徒歩10分ほどで銀行、郵便局、レストランやPacific Square Shopping CentreやMedical Centreもあるので、日常での買い物などもアクセスしやすいです。

University of New South Wales (UNSW)までバスで約15分で、Bondi Beachまでバスで約30分です。学生さんやワーキングホリデーで来られている方にはオーストラリア・ライフを満喫できるとっても良いな環境です。

This is a comfortable and spacious balcony room in a quiet yet accessible location. Looking for a nice tenant who can keep the room tidy and clean.

Maroubra is a quiet, comfortable suburb with beaches and parks close by within walking distance. Maroubra beach is only 15 min by foot and is the perfect location for a morning jog. The house is 10 min walk from the bus stop, and Sydney CBD is only around 40min by bus.

Everything is very accessible. There is a major shopping mall (Westfield Eastgardens Shopping Centre) that's only 3min by bus. The local shopping centre (Pacific Square) is only 10min walk away with banks, post office and several restaurants.

The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is only 15min by bus, and Bondi Beach is around 30min by bus, making this suitable for students and working holiday travellers who would like to enjoy life in Australia.

This room is a spacious room with a single bed, wardrobe, a large balcony and a spacious bathroom as well. The rent includes Wi-fi, electricity, gas, furniture, washing machine, and key.

We are a friendly family of 4 (all adults) and we will do our best to help provide a comfortable environment for your stay :)
