🏮 Your Role
You will represent The Zen Concept through meaningful interactions, cultural storytelling, and refined presentation — inspiring guests to experience Japanese tea, crafts, and Zen living.
You will:
Welcome and engage customers with warmth and sincerity
Share Japanese culture through conversation, demonstrations, and storytelling
Support in-store experiences, events, and creative activations
Contribute ideas to elevate our brand experience
