As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone with an elegant sense of presentation, refined communication style, and deep appreciation for Japanese culture to join our team as a Japanese Cultural Ambassador.

🏮 Your Role

As our Cultural Ambassador, you will represent The Zen Concept in a way that reflects the calm, artistry, and warmth of Japan. Your mission is to inspire and engage visitors — helping them explore Japanese culture through our products, stories, and experiences.

You will:

- Welcome guests with grace and sincerity, creating memorable experiences through conversation and interaction.
- Encourage people to explore Japanese tea, crafts, and Zen-inspired living through demonstrations and storytelling.
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to bring cultural moments to life — from in-store events to online content.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our visual presentation and brand experiences.

💫 Ideal Background

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, design, or marketing.
- A refined sense of aesthetics and natural confidence in communicating with diverse audiences.
- A proactive, outgoing personality who enjoys connecting with people.
- An understanding of Japanese culture, art, or tea — or a strong passion to share it.
- Experience in serving Matcha
- Basic skills in photography, social media, or event planning are a plus.

(You don’t need to speak perfect English — just speak from your heart.)
