The company, Maihom Foods Pty Ltd t/a Tokon, is a global import and export company actively engaged as a wholesale distributor in the market serving approximately 150 companies, retailers and corporate customers and supplying a variety of frozen seafood and other food materials. 

We are looking for a full-time customer service manager. 

Visa: PR or Citizen only

Working type: Full-time

Requirement: 3 years work experience required

                    Strong customer service mind required   

                    Strong English writing and speaking skills 

                    Other language ability favoured (Major customers are Japanese, Chinese, Korean distributors and restaurants)

Salary: $50,000 ~ $55,000 p.a negotiable based on your skills and experiences

Working hours: 38 hours per week plus any reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfill your duties or as otherwise required by the employer

 

Position Description: 

The daily operation of the company entails a lot of hard work with meticulous customer care and quality service. The proposed position is required to conduct overall customer service manager’s duties as follows:

 

·         Planning and implementing customer service policies and procedures

·         Ensuring best customer services by examining staff and relevant policies, procedures and Standards


Managing quality customer service and promoting continuous improvement on the quality of goods and services provided


·         Implementing customer services to better accommodate the needs of customers and improving services and relations with           customers


Supervising and handling all customer feedbacks including suggestions, requests, enquiries and complaints


·         Leading and supervising a team of customer service staff

·         Providing staff training to deliver a high standard of customer service

·         Meeting with other department managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service

·         Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals
