Position（職種）：Administrator 事務員

Address（住所）：Suite 11, 16-18 Malvern Ave, Chatswood, NSW 2067

Working Hours（勤務時間）：Full Time（Monday to Friday 8:30am ～ 17:00pm）

Holiday（休み）：Saturday and Sunday, Public holiday

Benefits（その他手当）: Paid Leave, Annual Bonus 

Requirements（応募条件）:
①Basic computer skills (MS Office)

②English (Advanced Level)

③Australian or Australia PR only  ※ワーキングホリデービザ不可

 

  Job Description(業務内容)

- Generate and issue invoices and DO (Delivery Order).

- Communicate with customers and adhere to guidelines, record sales amount and track sales performance.

- Coordinate with logistics team for importing matters and to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders.

- Accounts Receivable/Payable

- Prepare and consolidate month-end documents (Sales Summary/Purchase Summary/Inventory/Products Checklist etc.).

- Sales support and Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

- Organize and update company HR personal records and documentation.
