長年親しんできたチフリー・タワーでの営業は、再開発に伴い終了となりましたが、現在はシドニー中心部に新たな拠点を構え、新しいスタートを切っています。

＜募集ポジション＞

Cocktail Bartender / waiter

今回の募集は、オーストラリアのホスピタティ業界、同等のレストランやホテルでご勤務経験のある方のみ、パートタイム,　またはカジュアルでご勤務が可能な方。サービススタッフとしての職務経験のある方、レストランの顔となるようなホスピタリティマインドのあふれる方のご応募をお待ちしております。美味しいまかないつきです。

- レストラン営業の準備
- お客様の案内
- 注文のアドバイス
- ドリンク、料理の配膳
- 片づけ、掃除
- 会計　
- 在庫管理、発注
- カクテル、ワイン、コーヒーの提供
- 季節のカクテル提供
- 資格取得の補助制度あり

＜勤務開始時間＞17.30pm - 10.30/11 pm

＜勤務場所＞Martin Place Station, St James Station, Martin Place Metro より徒歩1分　

☆　お客様へ英語で丁寧な接客ができる方
☆　英語圏でのレストラン経験1年以上の方
能力、経験により、ビザサポートなどを考慮します。

Azuma is a family-run Japanese restaurant in Sydney, proudly serving guests for nearly 30 years. Known for our authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and thoughtfully curated drinks list, we’ve built a loyal community of diners who return for the quality and care we put into every experience.
Our menu celebrates the best of traditional and modern Japanese flavours, paired with an exceptional beverage selection led by our sommeliers. We also feature a rotating collection of artwork in our dining space, something our guests tell us adds a unique cultural and visual touch to their visit.
After 21 wonderful years in Chifley Tower, we’ve moved to a new location in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. While it was hard to say goodbye to our long-time home, we’re excited for this fresh chapter and all that’s to come.

About the Role:
Azuma is looking for a passionate and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. If you’re dedicated to providing excellent service and have a love for Japanese cuisine, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Service: Deliver warm, attentive service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanour at all times.
Menu & Beverage Knowledge: Confidently recommend dishes and wine pairings, with a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and beverage offerings.
Guest Relations: Build genuine relationships with guests, manage reservations efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.
Customer Satisfaction: Address guest concerns thoughtfully and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable and comfortable experience.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support smooth service and efficient day-to-day operations.
Dietary Awareness: Stay informed about food allergies and dietary requirements, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
Experience in inventory management and cost control Strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
